
Saks is celebrating the third cohort of its designer accelerator program, The New Wave, presented by Mastercard, with a dedicated marketing campaign.

As part of the campaign, the show’s eight contestants will appear on Saks’ digital channels, showcasing each designer’s background and their pre-fall and fall collections.
Additionally, each participant is featured in the Saks Fall Fashion Book and in a special window installation at the Saks Fifth Avenue flagship in New York, on view now through Wednesday, September 20. Each designer also appeared on a dedicated Saks Live where they shared their brand stories, inspirations, and highlighted their latest collections.
Designers include Armando Cabral, Áwet, Bernard James, Elisamama, Interior, June 79, Renowned and Sorellina.

The New Wave program develops and supports high-potential independent brands at Saks and ultimately throughout the fashion industry.
This year, participating designers came from categories including men’s and women’s ready-to-wear, shoes, children’s and jewelry. The Saks management team identified the participants as brands that have “significant growth potential.”
Beyond The New Wave, for the past five years, Saks has been a partner and supporter of the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund, and is also proud to partner with Harlem’s Fashion Row, FIT Social Justice Center, The Folklore Connect, Black Retail Action Group, the New York Fashion Tech Lab and more.
