Ssense, the Montreal-based global content and e-commerce platform, has appointed Haein Dorin to the newly created role of global head of partnerships.
In this role, Dorin will have responsibility for overseeing global brand partnerships, while leading global community growth initiatives and fostering strategic relationships with key partners in the creative, fashion and business sectors.
“I’ve been a long-time admirer of Ssense’s purchasing direction and distinctive point of view, and I’m excited to build on that foundation to grow the brand’s community through partnerships, talent and influencers at scale. global,” Dorin said.
With over a decade of experience as an executive and partnership curator, Dorin has earned a reputation for her ability to build brands and teams at the intersection of editorial, technology and culture.
Dorin joins Ssense after more than five years at Highsnobiety, where she was Senior Vice President and General Manager. She also held leadership positions at Condé Nast.
Dorin serves on the board of directors of Comme Si, a luxury sock and loungewear brand, and has a volunteer role as creative director and community leader for Manhattan Youth, a nonprofit community center. Most recently, Luxury Daily recognized her as a luxury woman to watch in 2023.
Founded in 2003, Ssense is known for offering a mix of established and emerging luxury brands in womenswear, menswear, childrenswear and lifestyle. The platform is privately held and has achieved double-digit annual growth and profitability since its inception.
Last year, it named Daniel Habashi as its first chief customer officer.
