Heift studied at UCLA Extension in California and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).

Timo Weber was CEO of KaDeWe in Berlin since 2018 and of Alsterhaus in Hamburg for four years. The 39-year-old business graduate has been Group Retail Director since the beginning of 2023. In the newly created position of KaDeWe Group Retail Director, Timo Weber is responsible for store development, store operation and operations and facilities. management.

As CEO of KaDeWe, Alexandra Bagehorn, who previously headed the Alsterhaus in Hamburg from 2019 to 2022, will take over the management of the Berlin department store from December 1, 2023.
