Travis and Jason Kelce shared a touching moment after big brother and the Philadelphia Eagles beat the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday night.
The Kelce brothers faced each other once again in the rematch of last season’s Super Bowl Week 11, but it was the Eagles who emerged victorious this time, pulling off a 21-17 comeback win.
The victory marks the first time Jason has beaten his brother Travis in their NFL careers with the Chiefs beating the Eagles in Super Bowl LVII in Arizona in February.
But there was no hard feelings as the brothers embraced on the field after Monday Night Football action.
In a clip shared by the NFL, Travis could be seen approaching his victorious brother before hugging him.
He then joked that the win was a belated birthday present for the center, who turned 36 on Nov. 5, before adding, “I love you, big guy.”
Both teams played a physical and difficult game in which the Eagles took their first lead in the fourth quarter.
Philadelphia trailed 17-7 at halftime, but a pair of rushing touchdowns from Jalen Hurts helped them get to 9-1 as the hosts were eliminated in the second half.
The second of Hurts’ scores, which gave the Eagles a 21-17 lead with just 6:20 remaining, came after a 44-yard completion to DeVonta Smith that set up the team at the one-yard line. .
Despite scoring a touchdown in the second quarter, it was a relatively quiet night for Travis, whose girlfriend Taylor Swift was not present while he toured South America.
